I talked to one of their reps, it is because they get so many. He said sometimes they get backed up, because only one person answers the emails. Weird though that they didn't get back to you the next day. I would call them.

I've ordered from them a couple of times and usually they ship the supes same day and I've received them within a week.

I didn't track them, but usually a tracking number should be available/trackable within 24 hours.
Anyway, I'm sure they'll turn up within 7-10 days mate, I've never experienced any problems with Harputs.

I've ordered from them a number of times...top notch gear and when they do reply, its usually pretty quick and responsive - WHEN THEY DO REPLY...when they don't, it feels like weeks by the time they get around to your order and questions. I last got MOTW zx500's from them a while back and they took weeks to get back to me - reason? They lost the order...made up for it BIG time though! To me, that saved them within my good books, cause I got a big mouth and you know what they say about word of mouth...

Don't worry about it, Harputs have been going years and are one of the most well respected places going, they aren't much into the internet though, more of a little family business I think

I'm totally in the dark with this. They had earmarked the money from my account since I placed the order, and now I check my account and the earmark is removed and the amount reserved for the purchase is back in my account proper?
I can't contact anyone on their side because they haven't responded to my emails and when I put the order# through UPS track and trace it says no item of that # exists..
The hell am I supposed to do in this situation? :/
