This is my first proper thread on here apart from my introduction so I'll get to the point already.
I've only been collecting for the best part of around 3 months max. In my first month I bought some fakes. I was uneducated at the time, got over excited, and bought some plain white/black ss2's which after joining this forum I learned were nothing but a pair of shell toe snides!

So! I don't want to wear them anymore. But I'm stuck with them so I want to make something out of them. I've been told about someone once drilling holes in the soles and making them into computer speakers. But apart from that, my friend suggesting using them as ashtrays or doorstops I'm trying to think of decent ideas

Anybody think of anything cool?

Donate them to someone that can't afford shoes.

Fakes are fakes no matter what you make them into.

Mate, it sucks that you have been burned (most of us have at some point i reckon). However, do you really want to immortalize something that is bogus? Each and everytime you look at it/them, you'll be reminded that you did'nt get what you wanted originally.
Best thing you can do is take em outside,pour lighter fuel on em, set fire to em and take pictures/shoot a video

I don't know if I could bring myself to commit arson on them, even if they are snide. Well at the moment that's what they're doing to me, so that's why I thought, if I make something out of them I will have 'made the best of a bad situation' and they would also serve as a reminder not to get over excited and panic buy without doing a little research first

But if I do decide to burn them I will film it and post pics also haha

as said above, donating them to the poor and needy is the best solution all round. They will still typically be of a decent build quality for the average man who needs shoes. Turn something nasty into something good!

I'll probably end up giving them to some kid on a skate park who's riding shoes are knackered. That's what the older kids did for me back in the day so it seems fitting to do so myself now that I'm older

Nice idea but they won't last very long, had a few pairs of fakes in my time and I always give them to my bro he gets about 2 months wear before the soles are worn out.

Yeah this is true, But you should some of the shoes they're rocking. Might as well have binliners wrapped around their trotters haha

freeze as in dip them in liquid nitrogen then smash them with a mallet? would make for a cool photo shot.

but yeah probably a nicer thing to do would be give them to a homeless or kid with beaten up kicks

I think I'm gonna go down the donation route to be honest. I'm just not a burny kind of guy haha
