You misunderstand the situation a bit mate 
Lorre is a professional photograph. And sellers on ebay are using his pics from a website called http://eatmoreshoes.com/ which is a project of Einzigartig Adidas and Lorre.
And all the pics you can see there are taken by him.
And it's normal that Lorre is not amused when sellers on ebay are using his photos because (besides of the rights of the photos) the EMS-Team took a lot of work, time and money in it to make that project as outstanding as it is.

Over here, clocked also means "seen".
