I don't know the exact value but usually I don't get any fees when I'm under $100. What pisses me off is that they seem to include shipping in the value.

What I love is that HMRC make it really difficult to find out what the threshold is! I looked into it recently and I am fairly sure that they have lowered the threshold so that you are more likely to be taxed (can't be sure exactly). I just know that after looking into it I went for the $25 mark, I think it used to be about £18 but is now more like £15, I believe gifts and school books are exempt though.
