Thats pretty much it re: the zipper being on the other side re: men vs women (besides the obvious tapering for womens gear)...same with kiddy clothes...

pokes... I've noticed with TTs that the womens sometimes will have a bigger wrist and waist elastic cuffs... and sometimes the body length is shorter in the womens in comparison to the length of the sleeves

where as a mens body length will be much more in proportion to the sleeve length, and the cuffs are smaller
