Looks like possibly, maybe, an original pair of the Phoenix Safety Superstars ?!?
a long time ago, i bought a pair of fake adidas and it all went to bits and pieces. Never again!! Originals all the way.
MY first pair of adidas was a pair of Stan Smith back in the 80s.
and 2 pairs of Superstars 1 (white with blue stripes and white with black stripes, starngely i still have them back in my home country), followed on in the early 90s, Gazelles.
I also have a country which i seldom wears (probably disintegrated)
and a pair of nice adidas London which has also melted in the heat

My adidas Samba has also torn to pieces (soles broken) due to less wear and humidity.
My advise to myself is to take the shoes for run once in a while
