Ehh. I'm not sure if you're just a simple minded or what..
Fitting into shoes is not what pukka meant. Some adidas models are just released mainly for women and others mainly for men because their style, material or colourways are thought to appeal more to a certain gender and others are released universally as unisex models for both genders. That's why certain models have been given their own, smaller womens sizing just like most womens clothing out there, compared to normal mens/unisex clothing. As for superstars, womens models often go in a range of 4.5-10 which equals to 3-8.5 or so in mens/unisex sizes but the length of the size run depends fully on the model series.
Online shops aren't all definite adidas retailers so unless they don't know for sure, the shops and sellers often classify the shoes how they feel like judging by the colours and sizes and sometimes that could lead to the same shoes being listed under womens and mens sections.
I don't know about your neck of the woods but as long as I'm not a woman, I'd feel a bit strange wearing superstars like
these or
these or
these for example.
Check the bottom of your adidas shoe boxes to see the size chart which shows which sizes equal which in the different sizing formats. For your paypal issues, paypal's help section should get you onwards.
Now don't ask anymore questions.. I got tired of all this typing.
