I'm getting another basquiat tattoo tomorrow, I got this one done a couple of years ago round the corner from where he grew up in NYC. I'd love see what tatts everyone has on the forum?? Landmines posted some excellent ones a little while ago.

ive not got one yet... been toyin with gettin one since i was a nippa, but im crap at deciding what i want, been offered one for an xmas present so looks like im gonna have to make me mind up soon

I've been a comic book fan all my life, especially of Spiderman and have been thinking about getting a cool Spidey tattoo probably for the last 10 years, yet I still don't have one. Maybe one day.. Haha, silly me.

pukka, I don't think rushing into getting a tat is cool just because someone asks you to do so or will pay for one. They can be removed but aren't quite something you can return to the shop and get a refund. So unless you are 100% sure what tattoo you want to have under your skin for decades to come, think twice or otherwise you will probably regret it the following week.

I hear ya Grimmy, but it is something ive been thinking about doing for at least 15 years now, so allthough the offer of a free tattoo is recent after 15 years of thinking about it im not exactly rushing into it...lol. its a friend of my mates, he has tattoos by him and his art work is really good, beleive me money is not an option when it comes to getting it done, not really one of them things where you wanna find a bargin... also I want a fairly big tattoo..ive allways been a bit "all or nothing", so have to look into how long it will take, and maybe giving him some money towards it, dont want it rushed, lol
I have trouble deciding what i want to do in most aspects of my life, so this may be why ive not got round to having a tattoo done, it may also be that a tattoo is just not right for me... dunno, when it comes to deciding what to do I tend to umm and arr, then think phuck it and just do it..lol...but if i do get it done i will be sure ta post it in here..

back when I was 18 I was planning on getting the ferrari horse in detail tattoo'd on my shoulder with ITALIAN STALLION on a banner over it... like a true 18yo hero

so glad I opted out of it now, I'd have looked like such a tool lol
