I lived in Oz for a year (2006/07) was really looking forward to a hot xmas, but ended up doing me back in, and had to stay indoors... couldnt get to the shops which meant i had noodles for xmas dinner..lol.. but yeah, 40 degrees and xmas decorations is kinda strange... wrap up warm and get an open top bus tour round london, great way to see the lights... done it a few years back, you get 48 hour ticket for the price of a 24 hour one in the winter.
still toying with the idea of emigrating out there... the only con's i can think of is that the night life sucks over there, from what i gather on here its hard ta get superstars... and.. well thats it really, you got sun, good standards of living and good wages

I loved my aussie xmas back in 03, chilled on bondi beach in the mid 30's, had a bbq, a massive big tree in the city centre with the sun blazing down on it.......weird but cool
If you have £5 and Chuck Norris has £5, Chuck Norris has more money than you.
