Shoebacca's prices are reasonable, some models very cheap even and the shipping costs aren't THAT bad considering they come across the deep blue sea; ~$45 on average to most of Europe and +$15-16 for every additional pair which makes the customs happy.
To find out whether and how much you need to pay taxes or customs fees when the shoes arrive in Holland, you should ask your local customs' office or perhaps PM some Dutch members here.
I don't know the customs limits in Holland but if our limits in Finland could be of any guidance to you.. For clothing anything valued over €22 upto €150 shipping costs included, gets charged for 22% VAT at the customs and anything over €150 gets charged also for an additional 12% customs duty. Tho with my past experiences with our customs, the charged sums aren't always even close of what i had calculated but much much more.

I know. But in the end collecting supes overall can and probably will make you a poor man, no matter where you buy them from so being expensive is not that good an excuse to not buy from the US.
It's been a long time since I've bought any supes from the US because I've been busy enough with ones I can find in Europe. It'll cost a lot but there are so many sweet exclusive pairs I'm dying to get one day so I will surely buy from some US shops again later on when i get a chance budget wise. It's worth it.
