Well, so far they've agreed to refund the item and postage both ways... was apologetic about the whole thing and is contacting Adidas. I'll keep this updated with progres..

I did tell him we are very stringent on here when it comes to fakes.

Yeah, Phil was very helpful and apologetic and explained a bit about how it is possible for 'grey market' stock to sometimes enter the supply change.
Full marks so far on his sorting out of things. As long as the refund happens ok, i'd deal with them again.

Final update on this. I received a refund, and postage costs for return. Phil at peach sport was very helpful and the communication in sorting it out was excellent. Stuff goes wrong at times but personally I think how it's dealt with makes all the diffeerence, so I'd shop there again.
