Yeah not really a zit but some fooked up cyst; that guy must have been in some pain, not best to let your gf or mates lance it.

Never type "Mr.Hands" into the inturnetz. Seriously. Gay man + enthusastic Horse = bust up insides and slow painful death from your guts falling out of your batty.
On the other hand, "Mr. No Hands" is a rather good breakbeat DJ and record producer who you can reliably trust not to film himself getting killed by an animal's cock.

Thankfully I never watched the actual footage but there are various news reports on it. Apparently there was a special horse ranch, just outside Washington I think, where "cowboys" could go and err...get saddled up.
