I did half that today (10.7km). My per km time is coming down, but I'm still on the wrong side of 6 min per.

Did 5k at the gym again yesterday, 3rd time in a week, got my time just under 8 minutes per km. Should be able to get that down a fair bit, but deliberately pacing myself, last time I went too fast I knackered my achilles.
