I´m sitting in front of my pc and got cold feet, because the window is open. Bbut i´m to lazy to get off my chair and closing this fucking window. The result is - cold feet.

Trying to decide if going to training tonight will help rehab my knee or damage it further. Feels like the MCL has some small tears as my knee works fine but a bit too much pressure or rotation and it'll send up a sharp jolt. Resting it hasn't improved the situation too much so hopefully the exercise will.
