We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your miadidas shoes because of a manufacturing defect.

We have posted out a return sticker to your registered address, allowing you to return the goods free of charge. Please make sure that you use this return sticker to send the package back to us.
Please write the following reference number xxxxxxx-xxxx on the return form.

After we have received the returned goods, our Quality Assurance Department will examine the shoes and we will immediately e-mail you to inform you of their findings.

If there is a manufacturing defect, we will reimburse you according to the payment method you used. So if you paid by bank transfer, for example, then you will be credited with the relevant amount on your current account. Please note that delivery costs will only be refunded if they have been incurred and we are unable to refund delivery costs if you only send back part of your order. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have refunded your payment.

As a rule we need at least 14 days to complete processing of a return. Even if your purchase price is refunded within two days of when we have finished processing the return, please bear in mind that it may take more time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and credit it to your account.

green and yellow ones are really nice mate... but as for the responce you would think that after you have ordered that many pairs they would offer a remake of all the faulty ones and a free one as an apoloygy for letting standards drop through the fucking floor...everything that leave teh factory should be up to scratch and you would think the Mi's should be premium quality as they are specially made.

I disagree. If you accept that, then that is that. I reckon if you replied then you may get a more favourable outcome. Its worth a try. They were expensive and as an extremely good customer then I think you deserve better, ie them made again to their normal high standard. Quite shocked that was their reply if I am honest.

nice. did you try a black shell before you final "submit" was clicked? just curious. seems like a black shell would've flowed pretty well with "black out" effect of the laces and eyelet strip.

Its a shame you cant have the lace stays in canvas too, with each update there always seems to be some restriction on me designing my perfect pair.
