I'm almost tempted to email them letting them know what i think and pointing them here to are comments and how we all agree its a major letdown to what we hoped for.(wouldn't make any difference though would it)

What I'm gutted about is no free beachball - they want me to buy something (from their insanely limited stock) first. All their good stuff appears in shops like endclothing and other online boutiques - not their own website.
