i love the current exchange rate. It wasn't so long ago when the CDN$ was only worth USD.65.

Even now, with the currencies around par we still get screwed over on books and magazines and cars.

I've bought 20 pairs since January.. and the other half isn't happy with the space my boxes are taking up. She has a point.. I'm moving things out of the way to make space!

Got to sell a few pairs before I buy any more.

That worked for a bit until she cottoned on.

she asked me the other day why I buy so many and how I get to enjoy a few if every other week there's more and I was a bit stuck for an answer that wuldn't make me sound like a Shoe-megalomaniac

So I kinda agreed to give it a bit of a break. Even though storage is the main issue, but she doesn't need to know that!

Yeah everyone loves with weak dollar except for us American's! It really is a shame how much value The US Dollar has lost in the past few years. I believe the Canadian dollar is worth more by a cent or something for the first time in history, it's almost 2 to 1 with the Great British Pound, and the Euro is ever increasing in value! I remember when the Euro started it was worth 70 cents USD. And my first year of school in Poland I got 4.36 Polish Zloty, and today it's 2.20 Zloty, so it really sucks! I'm just hoping we can effectively pull out of this worthless war that is costing us billions with seemingly nothing in return except for a very poor economy, the highest unemployment we've had, massive faults on loans and the housing market, and high gas prices! Sorry people had to get that off my chest, lol.
