Hard to say, I thought the Neighbourhood writing should be closer to the stitching but who knows? And that would probably change depending on the size of the shoe.

The best thing to do is ask for the seller to confirm that they are 100% genuine and post up some more photos

As woody (i think) mentioned in a previous thread - alot of these consortiums that have suddenly flooded the market could be seconds rather than fakes...

The pics on the auction above look spot on to me & i'm sure mr.spite knows what a pair of genuine NBHD's look like!

We're all suspicious because this seller has 0 feedback & has listed another pair straight away (admittedly, it does look dodgy) but it could be that he's got his hands on some seconds (which should be listed as seconds) & of course there's always the possibility that the seller may not provide the exact trainers in the pic (these sellers are the scum of the earth! ) but they could be genuine top grade adidas NBHD's & he just got lucky & found a good supplier of genuine deadstock kicks...

Who knows - only time (& hopefully mr.spite) will tell!

it does seem a bit dodgy indeed.

Also, I browsed they seller's other SS auctions and it seemed the pics were all taken from different sources, i.e. some had a date on them (from the camera) some were made as collages, and they all had different backgrounds. If I was to put some 10 pairs of SS up for auction I would most likely take the pictures at once in the same place. It might just be a case of the seller not having a camera himself and therefore using pics found on the net, but I doubt it.

I do hope that mr. spite gets a genuine pair though, and that's the case £310 is really not that bad a price!

PS: in favour of the items being legit though, the SS were all the same size which might indicate that it's just a case of someone needing cash and is therefore selling his collection.
