Just been stung with my first pair of superstar fakes from ebay from vipersbargains.

This will teach me to buy items after going to the pub

Anyway his responses to my messgaes are quite funny though, so I thought I would share them before I make it my quest to destroy him, here they are:-



1.
If these trainers are fake. Then you should stop all the people on alibaba.com selling them. They don't say the are fake. They say they are authentic. I wont be buying anymore.

2.
Its you thats saying they are fake. why are you buying from me?.

3.
I will not refund your postage. You have seven days from the day you received them to return them. After that you get nothing. You the one saying they are fake. The people i buy them from tell me the are authentic. As for the box it got flat packed for postage. That's why its in poor condition. Not that you use the box. Most people put it in the bin. Seems to me you don't like competition as you sell trainers yourself. Where do you buy yours from?. Can you prove they are authentic?.

I don't know when you bought your sneakers, but did you see his feedback ?? Alarm Bells should have been ringing!!
He sold 2 pairs of Superstar 35th Adi Dasslers at £22 & £33 & had feedback in the middle of February!

Just tell him to look for different numbers on the labels inside the right and left shoes.
I'll be well surprised if any of them have.

A FURTHER FOLLOW UP FROM THE PRICK

Do what you want. If i have been sold fakes i know nothing about them being fake. They sold me trainers as authentic items. Since you sell trainers yourself why would you want to buy from me. You report me to who you want. I will show them where i buy from & if they are fake then they can deal with them for miss leading me & many other innocent buyers. Also i will make sure the Police & trading standards Check out your supliers aswell to make sure your trainers are authentic. Anyway i dont need to sell on ebay anyway. Like it says in my listings i do not refund postage. i am happy to refund the cost of the item only. I might be up your neck of the woods maybe i will pay you i visit. We can talk face to face.

moron. selling fakes without knowing they are fake is not an excuse (well, not if he bought them directly from china). try to get your money back for shoes first, and then report him to paypal for not refunding postage.
