I just came from kebab house too. That just might be the best kebab for me this far!
The thing here is that the meat is made by the chef him self and it is fan-fcuking-tastic. Some just baked bread under the meat and spicy chili sauce on top. This dish also had some fries.

I love to have some kebab but only when coming home from a bar. Besides that, i don't really eat kebab, pizza, burgers and such at all expect of pizza i make myself.
Doing nothing is very hard to do... you never know when you're finished.

Superstardb, sure its a forum based around the finest shoe in the world, but occasionally the finest cuisine gets a look in too, just not in this thread! Kebabs=death

Questionable meat products only really tend appeal to me when I've been drinking. If I'm sauced up, then I'm drawn to them like a moth to a flame...
But when I'm of sound mind, I really can't handle a kebab, even if it is slathered in chilli sauce and jalepenos...

Yh a donar kebab has loads of nasty parts of the animal in it. Its called a lamb donar and is very unhealthy. Tastes nice tho. Last time I had one my heart started to hurt.

Depends where you go but some doner's made from pretty good quality meat.
Interesting to hear about the different kebabage round the world and regionally in the UK.
Never eat the lamb shish as it always seems too chewy.
Even though the chicken is that spongey, protein tumbled shit, it's normally the one for me and I might top it off with a pounds worth of doner on top if it's good and crispy.
All the salad, lots of chilli.
No garlic, no mayo, wish they had tabouli !

Erm... Not exactly but I know some of the nasty shit that goes in it. And I know that in some countires lamb doner is made from proper good meat. Think it was Dubai or Egypt that does Proper doner meat. So far they the only places I know.

Over here a lot of it is made with good quality meat.
One of the main cooking shows went to one of the plants where they make those huge sticks of meat and they were grinding up end of neck, back and all kinds of reasonable cuts of meat.
Then they flattened out the lamb patties and built a tower which was compressed and shaped.
The presenter of the show even ate some of the meat uncooked and commented on the quality of it.
