I'd have thought just flooding it with slightly limp acrylic paint would do the job.

A super fine artists brush should get in there and just clean up any mistakes with Acetone.
For recessed areas i've seen people just paint it and sand it back until only the lettering is left and if you use a reasonably fine grade of paper you can get a brushed effect on the surrounding aluminium which would probably look cool on these. Don't forget to etch prime as paint doesn't stick to ally on it's own.
...might try it myself actually!

Right, these have been paid for and are heading to me for a quick clean up and then mailing out so stumping up ASAP would be greatly appreciated at this financially tricky time of year.
Payments need to be sent as a gift and make sure you put your address in the comments box.
Any difficulties, get back to me.

Right, good point been raised.
If you're abroad, hold fire on the payment cos I've got no idea what the postman is gonna say.
The Ally's are £16 shipped in the UK.
The Silver's are £50 shipped in the UK.
I'll do the best I can for the overseas contingent.
All depends how much risk you're prepared to accept and whether you want to get hit for Duty or not.
I'm happy to send them International signed for with a low arse value but if they go missing it ain't my fault.
