Depending on whether I get a job or not I'm hoping to saver up and go to Thailand for a couple of months. The plane ticket is gonna be half the cost of the trip and that's with me training every single day (and including extra expenses for the weekends ).

I'm off to Penang for three days and Kuala Lumpur for four days mid year.
We're planning a six week holiday for the middle of next year and so far it's
looking like London, ? (insert european country here) and then Sicily (three weeks).
Can't be mad about that!

Check out Quantas Airlines people.
I just peeped a few flights from London to Hong Kong going over Feb, March & April for about £370 return. £212 out, £155 back.
Have to search around the dates a bit to find the cheapest flights though. That's about the best i found around the time i can take any breaks.
Reckon i might give it a shot with the misses if we can get someone to look after the youth. Any babysitting offers????

dude, two weeks in Whistler? you're going to need another week to recover!
Have you been before? Blackcomb is better for boarding (7th heaven, at the top is a particular favourite), but Whistler's bowls are quite fun if you don't mind unstrapping at the end and hiking a bit.

I am bored so I thought I would resuscitate this thread...
Anyone have any holidays lined up this year? I haven't at present, though there is talk of a possible snowboarding holiday at the end of the year or early next year now I have a new job. No idea where to or anything as its only talk... I've never snowboarded in my life!
