hi all
first of i hope im posting in the right part
Right I came across an ebay seller selling some watermelons in my size (10),they wer'nt listed totally right so i thought i could be on to a winner here,so i checked his feedback and other items and all seemed fine,he was actually selling some nice sample adidas track tops that looked fine,so i submitted an offer and won them...anyway a week later they turned up.....instantly i knew they were fake, the weight of the box and the general quality of them.....so i done me research on here, and found out they were indeed fake,6 lace eyelet holes instead 7,there 10's but more like 9's etc etc.....so i contacted the seller told him they were fake but he was having none of it and told me to stick it,so i made a paypal claim and that has been pending for about 2 weeks.....now today they have contacted me and said they now need unbaiseddocumentation from a third party which clearly indentifies the the item as not authentic....problem is it needs to be on letterheaded paper etc...this must be submitted within 10 days otherwise thats it end of claim!!
I contacted MrShoeShotta(thanks Tom ) about this issue and he has told me that Olstar has just the letter i need and it has proved successful in the past.....i am determined not to let him win...so any input you guys can give me would be great
