Hello all - didn't even know there was an Adidas Superstar message board. I have an eBay store and deal with mostly Adidas Originals clothing and trainers. I'm based in Sin City - Las Vegas! No worries, no offense taken. I'm 37 originally from San Francisco, but moved to Vegas before the big real estate bubble burst. I used to be a huge collector of Air Max 95's - I know NIKE's?! I remember getting my first pair of Stan Smith's from Harput's in the 3rd grade. Yes, I'm that old and yes, so is that store. Everyone on this board should get to go there once. I remember the Run DMC days of shelltoe's with no laces too! Don't know if it was like that in the UK, but in the States people would be falling out of their shoes for style. But as I got older, you could only wear so many shoes in a week and I only have two feet! I got rid of everything and just started buying what I wear. I got tired of just staring at a bunch of boxes on a shelf collecting dust. I lost the desire to have 2-3 pairs of everything! I'm a firm believer of wearing your shoes and buy what you like! I'm not a fan of buying what other people think is hot, shoes are all about personal style and a reflection of you.

Yes, Vegas is everything you think it is and everyone comes here and wants to be a rock star! It gets tiring, but life's never boring here in the desert! I know I've dealt with a couple of people already on this board and I'm thankful for the warm welcomes. Hope I can help some of you out too, shoot me a PM with any questions about trainers, clothes or if you're coming to visit Sin City!
