check the lenght of insole.
i usually wear 45 1/3 (US 11, UK 10.5, JP 290). the insole in mine is 29 cm (290 mm), and just check the lenght of it in pumas. sizing depends on style (speed cats and avanti are completly diffrent in US/UK, but insole lenght is still the same)

Only have 1 pair of nikes but had a wicked pair as a kid the Omega Flame f-ing great sneak so wish I still had them or could locate a pair.
Had a fair few pumas over the years but its pretty much adidas all the way these days
Three stripes is the only way unless its a red one
