Made a bet today.
Try eating 10 double cheeseburger from McDonalds today in a half houre.
Dident make it, but i did eat 8 in 17 mins but that last two dident make it...

Tips from the man v food fella...
1. Don't eat too much on the day of the challenge: just some salad with a bit of protein such as perhaps some chicken with some seeds
2. Stretch before the challenge
3. Sit on a comfortable chair
4. Concentrate on the hot food because if that gets cold it will taste less palatable
5. Mix up the flavours with hot sauce to prevent 'flavour fatigue'
6. When you feel yourself getting full, get up and have a walk or do the 'shake-down' shimmy to make room for more food
7. Don't drink water! It will fill your stomach. Instead eat some of the food with water in it, such as vegetables
8. Go for a long walk afterwards. If you can, a run
And good luck, your gonna need it.

Ben, I'm not a fan of overly processed stuff but in this case maybe you could find a nutrition bar that will be quick and easy. Problem is, many of them taste like shit and the cost would still be more than 2 slices of bread, cheese, and lettuce.
