Maybe some miscolouring and marking on the shoes could be caused by them not having a box?
Amost sure I got ripped off.

yeah the white is pretty dull, kind of off-white in some cases. I might get a chance to take photos tonight

I also recieved a fake pair of upper playground 35ths this month. The seller is refusing to fully refund me. Does anyone have any advice to ensure a full refund? Is ebay or paypal usually helpful?

They're being arseholes at the moment.
They started reviewing a case on the 13th of January, apparently for 30 days, and they are still reviewing today, 60+ days later.

If they drop some shit like "It's passed 90 days so you can't claim" I'll fucking throttle 'em.
I emailed one of her other buyers whose item was one of only 2 or 3 that were private.
Asked if they'd bought anything from the 35th's and that they might be fake particularly if they were Consortiums and lo and behold they came back and said they had bought a pair NBHD's and they knew they were fake before they bought them.
The good thing was that this was all through Ebay's internal message system.

I filed a claim. Hopefully I have better luck. Should I send the fakes back or wait?

Wait until they come to a conclusion.
Most of the time they give you the money and you get to keep the fake shit.

Depending on the protection offered on that sale they may only give you back what they can recover from the seller. I had it before where they gave me £20 odd back and said they'd try and get the rest but never did.
Check the ebay auction page to see, some say you're covered up to £500 some dont.

every ebay auction in which the seller accepts paypal is covered by 200$ or so (since january 07)
file the claim, paypal will freeze their account and you'll get your money back
dont file a dispute though, that doesnt do anything, it has to be a claim

Som paypal updated me on the status of my case. Should I send some some info proving why they are fakes, like pics of the nipple, etc?
So far, all I told them is that they are fakes, and that I can prove they are fakes.
this is what they said.
