Isn't that kind of them.
All Paypal europe money is held in Switzer and all the .com cash is held in the west indies.
Check out the exchange rate when you transfer funds if you've had Euro's paid in for a sale and you want to pay someone else in Dollar they'll change it into your native currency first and get twice the drink they would've if they'd changed it straight into dollars.
They also keep it in their account for for 4 days longer than neccessary when you make a withdrawal.
