from the looks of things it would almost be worth buying the house just to get the Banksy - you don't usually lose money on real estate anyway, I don't see how you could lose money on real estate with an appreciating work of art on it - you'd have to protect the art somehow though

Thought I'd drag this thread back into the light:
Mr Banksy has made himself a pretty penny today or £500,000 to be more precise, he had a big auction in London Village today. His top piece went for £90k.
He also did a new piece opposite the children's hospital in Bristol, if I'm passing by on Friday I'll go and snap it.
