lol tokyo tramp was such a wanker to me -
First the shoes came with a soaking wet box which was all crumpled, he claimed to have sent them weeks ago, but they came 2 weeks after I had paid sent next day so he obviously lied - he claimed he'd left his parcels at the PO for delivery, given them the money and gone but it came to more than the amount of money he left so they weren't posted (such bullshit lol), he then sent another box about 3 weeks later - blaming his business partner for the delay - this box was in an even worse state than the first - no one ever sends genuine 35th's without extra padding - I should have realised lol.
when I told him I believed them to be fake, he agreed to give me a full refund, but after me sending the shoes back to him he wouldn't answer any emails for 2 weeks (I paid £90 for the shoes!).
At this point I opened up a claim against him, then he finally replied saying he wasn't going to refund me cos paypal were investigating the dispute and would refund me, and he wasn't going to refund me aswell as paypal cos then he would be out of pocket the cheeky wanker!!!
At this point I lost my head - cos paypal had told me on the phone that they weren't investigating cos it was outside the limit in days - and that other people would have to make complaints against him before they would ever investigate my claim - the claim was coming up as deferred but I guess he was too stupid to understand what 'deferred' meant. I was so pissed off - I'd even sent the shoes back padded in bubble wrap, another box and then a waterproof bag using special delivery - better than him sending them to me!
I told him he was a thief- he had the shoes back and my money - so I asked him what the fuck he wanted from me (been 3.5 weeks by now - his communication was one email every 5 days) and he had the cheek to say he wanted some politeness, manners and consideration from me cos he reckond he'd been nice as pie to me and I had sent abusive emails to him and been nothing but rude!!!!!
Then I did threaten him - cos I was so fed up - and £90 is a lot of money to me at the mo - so I threatened to ring the police - and I had my full money back within a day...What an arsehole - I'd avoid at all costs.

To be honest im a bit of a wanker of eBay. People shouldnt be silly enough to send stuff without getting payment, especially when the item isnt as described...
