Yesterday i popped the tags of my grey "suede and snake" pair. When i put my feet in it i fel a strange bump in the inner sole. So i removed the laces so i can put my hand in the top of the shoe to feel what was the problem. I had to remove the inner sole a bit and foud out there was a crack in the sole of the shoe.

Because the problem is in the nose of the shoe i can`t make good photo`s of it but you can see there is something wrong. Behind the piece of sole there is a hole with i think glue in it so i can`t push the bursted sole back.

Anyone had something like this before? I bought them from Size so I think i have to send the shoes back to them? Problem is my English, i don`t know how i can make the problem clear so i hope you guys understand my explanation so i can send this text to Size.

Yeah good luck Vortec but I doubt you will need it....Just tell exactly what you have said.....Should be covered by internet selling rules etc....

Mate, just a bit of glue dripped on it. You could send them back and you have every right to a refund. Or, you could dip a cotton tip/bud in acetone and rub it over the lump, leave for a minute the scrape it off with your nail.

Thanks for the tips. I want to send them back and get a refund, so i make this letter to send to Size. You guy`s think this is an acceptable letter since i`m not that great in the English language and i don`t know this letter cover the whole problem. Critics are welcome.

Dear Size?,

The 11th of january i ordered a pair of adidas Superstar “suede and snake” in the grey color. Due to weather circumstances i`d waited till yesterday to try them on. When I put the left shoe on I found out that there was a strange bump in the top of the shoe. So I removed the laces and took the sole out to found out there was a crack in the innersole. Behind the crack was another bump so I could not simply put the cracked piece back in the hole. The crack is in the sole under the normal sole so I can`t just put another sole in it.

In the attachment you can find some pictures I took but because of the difficult angle the pictures are not so clear.

I think it is an production error and I hope to hear what I can do with my pair of unwearable shoes from you.

Damn, I think I got that wrong J. Sorry, it just looked like a lump of glue.. so they deliberately tried to cover up a chunk of sole that had fallen out?

I can send the supes back and Size will send them to their inspections team. So i think it will end well..
