No, they're not the same quality, but they're also cheaper. Those snake skin vins were CDN150 when they came out, whereas these are CDN130.
Also, the laces in these kind of suck.

The package from adidas was one of the worst I've seen. They packed 3 boxes in one large one without anything keeping them still. When I got the package they had been thrown around so that a few shoes had switched boxes inside the large one!
