They should be. The paint is sealed and I always spray on a layer of shoe protector as well, just to be sure. Just don't leave them sitting out in the rain for weeks or store them on a window sill in direct sunlight, they should last just as long a any other pair
Better yet, check with the owners, they can tell you how well they're holding up.

Damn Sneakerphile nice skills! The third pair (green and purp) and the sixth pair (black, white, and tan) I love the most. Cool designs. The final two pics are badass though cause you made your own box top. Fresh as f*ck!
