Make a judgement call, it's normally quite clear if someone's a todge and welcoming just makes 'em tick around around longer than we need or want them to.

I know it's a bit cuntish but if someone really wants to learn and has a love for this shit, they'll hang around regardless of not being welcomed with open arms and without jumping down our throats.
