As cash is rather tight for me atm and I'm still looking at shiny things, I've been sorely temted to sell off some of my rarer soops to raise some cash. Just wondering what your experiences are with selling pairs that you rarely wore but were still one of your favourites. Did you regret it? Was it worth it for the cash at the time? Would you only do it for necessities or would you consider it for luxuries?

I've never sold any of my supes (except for one pair i had doubles of) I think i would only ever really consider it for the nescesities. For example if I had no money to pay the rent and was going to be evicted, then I would think about selling, but if it was just because I saw a new watch or something that I didnt really need then I dont think i would sell...

Don't do it, sold my rhcp's years ago when i needed some money, back in 05 when they went for good money, thinking they would be easy to replace, how wrong i was and how deeply i have regretted that since! sell some internal organs, you CAN live without those!!

Interesting question (for us addicts anyway!).

I bought some Yoda's a while back and they really didn't do it for me, hard to put my finger on it, just didn't dig them as I thought I would. So I sold them on at a slight loss (5-10 poonds) but didn't regret it. Sold a few others to balance the books but they're out there on the bay, so no loss.

Once I get the loft painted/tidied up I'll be adding some phat laces and breaking out all my pairs that have been in "storage".
