Just finished Race 2: 10k. PB'd and beat my friends. And made the top third. No adidas sponsorship (though I run in adidas shirt and shorts), but I did pass the Bermudan Anti Doping Agency on my walk back home.

Yeah, kids will do that to you. I feel pretty fortunate that my wife let me take this trip by myself. Finished Race 3 - the Half Marathon - yesterday. 1h56m which I am happy with as it's two minutes off my October time, having run a fast (for me) 10k the day before.

Just got my son a 'Tre' from 'B2K' doll, complete with a CD, change of clothes, trainers, gold chain, afro, afro pick, clippers, mobile phone (cellular

This guy was on my show today. He was quite the diva. All kinds of special requests, like a fruit plate that he never touched. Asked to be left alone and his "people" even wanted to know the distance from the elevator to the greenroom so they could avoid people hassling him. I'm thinking, "Bro, even when you WERE famous, you were just fucking awful. We don't want our picture with you unless we're doing it TO MAKE FUN OF YOU."
