do you mean shipping Nik?
cos I've sent stuff via registered etc and the price I have to pay to send it and the price on the sticker on the box are different.

Yeah, there is that but also the price you pay is for postage AND packing.
You're normally told the cost before you bid and it really fucks me off when people moan about it or give me a bad score on Ebay as a result.
I frequently pay more for the postage than I charge these days as people are total arseholes about it.

I got a load of cheek cos I charged a couple of quid more than the price on the sticker, until I politely pointed out that the box they were sent in wasn't provided free of charge by Royal Mail, and nor was the copious amount of bubble wrap used. What made it more galling was the guy asked for double boxed etc.
I did offer to invoice him for the extra cost of the box etc as I made a loss on the postage, and to be fair to the guy he apologised and left some positive feedback.
Dick.

Didn't know wether to post this in here or in the Christmas kicks thread, but although they are a gift to myself, they're fall more into the catagory of 'Stuff i picked up in the sales.'
Spent enough on the kids for Christmas so i thought 'why not'.
Meths landed just before new year so i been rocking em a bit already, so did the Blu-rays, the TT rolled up yesterday. Here's my haul.

I understand the packaging and fuel to get to the post office comes into the postage price. But the two track tops I got from ebay came in the same plastic type parcel bag. One I paid £1.99 postage and teh other £4.99 !!!

Yeah but one of the sellers is allergic to sheep and had to wrap his head in bubble wrap and coffee filters just to get to the Post Office and back.

Lovely pickups, especially the black 80's. The middle ones seem to be allover ebay right now.
