look the postie ALMOST dun brung me some supes!... got a letter from parcel line telling me they got the supes I ordered from the states, and that I owed customs 8 quid V.A.T (was hoping for nuffin, but 8 quid aint bad), but then they are also charging £8 "parcel force clearance fee"?!?!, this is the 1st time ive ordered from abroad so this could be the norm, I just wasnt expecting this fee as I kinda assumed that when i paid postage from the states it would cover all of the postage, anyone else had this?

I've been very lucky with supes from the USA so far, but I've heard of people having a nightmare.
Always get them to mark it as a gift with a low value if possible, although having said that it affects any insurance if they go missing. . .

Pukkabruv - its unfortunately the norm, most company's charge a clearance fee if there is a vat charge, i got screwed by the royal mail not that long ago
