Hello Sam, picked up you message this afternoon and been quite busy so sorry for the delay..well i dont know what to say other than im sorry for this to happen and how shocked i am for this to be the situation. The problem for me you is that i will have to contact the trader who i purchased from to get an explanation on this matter, i am digusted that i bought these trainers in good faith at nearly 50 pounds and you have reason to believe that they are fake. Obviously this a huge consern for me and as you can appreciate i have sold them to you at less than 20 pounds after P&P and fees and you would like a refund. I would very much appreciate it if you could send me good evidence to back up you suspitions of them to be conterfeitas, you can understand that i would need concrete evidence maybe backed up by the manufacturer. After contacting Ebay support today they highlighted the fact that i shouldve made it clear about refunds and my terms and i didnt. You have my word that these were bought legitimatly in good faith from an independant retro and vintage retailer and maybe they werent even aware that they were selling these items. I will be contacting the trader immediatlly on this. Lastly you mentioned that you will be destroying these shoes, as this is you suspision and not proved buy anyone officially at adidas i would suggest that you refrain from doing so as i would want their immediate return for any chance of a refund to yourself. I will not except responsibility to refund anything on the basis of suspitions. I would expect them back so i could give you you money and am free to persue the original trader to get my money back, and everyones happy. I hope we can resolve this quickly as this was what i though a bargain for someone, and i could get some if only a little back on an item usless to myself. I will look forward to seeing some proof of conterfeit so i can persue this matter further.

yo forgot to update you good people, got my cash back and kept the fakes, gave them to my brother, he trashes trainers, some of the pairs he's wrecked bring tears to my eyes lol, but this pair wont!
