Hey, new here - found this place after looking through ebay and thinking this is "Too good to be true!" so decided to dig a little into fake superstars.

Anyhow, i'm Pete - apologies for the extremely unoriginal username haha -
I'm 23, from Berks UK. I've actually not bought any supes yet! My gosh, shouldn't I be shot? haha. Well I do absolutely love what alot of them look like, especially black/red/orange any combo ones! I'm a student at college, no job, just quit and looking for a new one. Needed a fresh job! Being an "IT technician" got so boring for me.

I would LOVE to put some pics of my collection up... but alas - I have none to put up! I could put my brothers supes up, some SUPERSTAR 2 R5 ADICOLOR Red, he bought from TKMaxx for just £35! I thought they were fakes, but the number in tongue are different and the pics you can see below! A little dirty.. how I do want to hurt him for making such a nice pair of sneakers dirty Clean them! - If that is their proper name. But i've fallen in love with them and would love some myself, hence the looking on ebay but feeling suspicious about a few.

Anyhow, i'm sure i'll be coming here for info and help from all of you experienced superstar lovers and put pics up as and when I start building my collection!!

The R5's in TK Maxx arent fakes, just thrown around the warehouse a bit before they sell em, its the TK Maxx way!!

head over to www.mrshoeshotta.com for best deals on legit stuff, hes our resident seller. You will find 90% of stuff on ebay is fake (competent fakes but fakes nonetheless). We have a fake seller list for your information, check it out.

I am sure you will be buying and collecting before long, good luck on the job front fella!

TK maxx dont sell fakes, but they dont look after their stock! I saw some of these in my local one, but they were too big! uk 9 and i need uk 8, i was rather annoyed! still i have got a few gems there in the past!

A small question to anyone else who looks in this thread again, how much should I expect a pair of 35th, Music #17 RedHotChiliPeppers supes to be? I've seen them on sites(not very legit looking ones I must say, along with about 20pairs from the same user on Ebay, HAHA! Legit? Doubt it.) for around £45-£55. Any advice?

Expect them to be 100% fake for that price!
To be honest mate, you'll have a hard job of finding a pair. You're not the only one looking, and those who have them (like me ) don't want to sell them.
Let us all know what size you are and maybe you'll get lucky.
As for price, Crooked Tongues want £175 for the only pair they have in stock. If I were selling, i'd be looking for at least £150.
