Come back from a conference to find an Associate Creative Director has had an unwarranted go at my print producer and now there are tears and meeting requests and too much fucking drama.
So I had a go at the ACD via email, copying one of the partners. Figure if I might quit anyway there's no time like the present for my, 'culture of respect' speech.

It often seems that the workplace has more drama than high school. When I was young, I thought adults were mature and didn't go through all the pettiness. Now I see that wedgies have just be exchanged for formal complaints.

Ha, glad its not just my son who does this, I had to drive from Manchester to Leeds on Friday to drop his spare set off. When I got there he was half cut in the pub. Kids!!!!!!
