Mrs Hoof is watching these but the seller has decided to list them again on eBay.com with a different ending time! The seller says highest bidder from the two auctions wins!
what a load of bollocks!
Surely the seller has breached some listing policy. Anyone?

I'd guess that the seller is acting against eBay rules, unless he's selling a chance to own the shoes? (even that is probably against their rules)
If not, then the winner of the earlier ending auction should win the shoes regardless, but unfortunately eBay cant enforce people to actually send item they have sold - as I'm sure a lot of people on here have experienced.
Conclusion - it's naughty but he'll probably get away with it

He will however have to pay the fees that ebay will charge him, isnt it like 5-7% of the final selling price?

Yeah good point, it will be a fair bit on these and I doubt the 'losing' winner would agree to mutually cancel the transaction?

Absolutely.
The losing winner should completely disagree with any shit he ends up filing and he will end up having to pay fees on the final value.
You can't sell chances cos then you are effectively running a lottery which opens up a whole new can of worms.
I listed 10,000 tickets on Ebay with the guarantee of a £10,000 ring to the lucky ticket holder.
Ebay shut me down in 3 days.

You plonker
I must say i've been tempted to try and set up one of those scam phoneline things where you ring up to give your details and you're entered in a draw to win a grand or whatever, the call costs £5 so get 200 people to call up and you're in profit already

Well well, got an email from eBay saying my bid is void as the auction has been removed. Just the one listing now, so it's a level playing field again...

All listings by the seller have been removed! I did see some shill bid action going on with some of the sellers other items, so I reckon he/she has been caught/reported.
Gutted.
