Mini Ninjas and Dirt2, it's all about those two until that new Halo games comes out. And operation flashpoint if it comes through in time. That lot should, hopefully, see me through til MW2.

Oooh, yeah, forgot about Halo.
That ninjas thing is visually stunning but seems a bit slow and cutesy for my liking.
Might give it a go but only when it's £2 in the Ebay bargain bucket.
Not seen this Operation Flashpoint of which you speak.
Too many FPS these days and rarely do they hit the mark.
*Edit.
Looks pretty good though.

It's worth pointing out that the guys who did the original Halo game are the ones putting Borderlands together. Lots of people seem excited for the milking of a franchise but down on the original team's new brainchild.
edit: Operation Flashpoint 2 is more of a First Person Simulator than a Shooter. The original was converted into a military simulator that the marines bought at two grand a unit. It's to Call of Duty what Gran Turismo is to Need for Speed. It's going to be awesome if you can deal with the learning curve.

Sounds like a good deal, what is the hard drive size of the slim version?

If you are talking that very first 60Gb version you are probably right.
I actually sold my first ps3 for more than 500€ less than year ago just because someone wanted to have one with PS2 compatibility along the other extra features. I were more interested about new warranty and silent PS.

The old version was a bit boring to me and maybe a bit too arcade.
