Cheers for the tip, I think I know what you mean.
I've just tried comparing and the angles seems to be the same. If it's not too much trouble a pic would be nice though, at least just for comparison (and to make sure I understood correctly...LOL...)

by the way, what are the laces like that come with the fake ones, are they thinner qualitywise? They always look sh*tty and thinner in the plastic bags. The ones that came with these samples are a little thicker than the real ones, but otherwise very similar in quality and color.

I also emailed the seller and told him I wasn't convinced these were authentic, I'm curious to see what he replies. If he knows they're fake I'm guessing he would be interested in sorting it out to avoid ruining his 100% feedback.

He did advertise them in a very subtle manner though, meaning he might not know what he had. Most fakers have 'consortium', '35th anniversary', etc. in their item titles and descriptions as well as the usual '100% brand new/authentic with original box'...LOL...
