HI. Since my English is not very good. Â Ill keep it simple
Looking for a specific type of superstar 2g. Â I don't know the name of them. Can anyone help me?
Came out late 1990s maybe 2000s
They look very similiar. Â Biggest difference. Â No rubber toes. Â They had leather with air holes.
The over all quality was better. Support and stiching. Â Price was higher also.Â
They might of had yellow torsion system
Any other info would be very much appreciated.

No this doesn't really help. I Have done my research many many times. Again leather toes. Does not have rubber over the toe like the ultra. Was late late 90s. I will try and get some pics for example of the toes. They are pretty basic style on the front end. No rubber toe guard. Leather with air holes
$20 gift card to anyone who can help find a pic/ name. US or Canadian. Your choice of card also.

are you talking about the Superstar 2 that looked more like a Super skate or jabar ?

I think a few were issued before the superstar 2 with the shell toe, when we were still on a superstar 1

olstar and benji, you two are being pretty helpful to a person that did no introduction and inquiring about a Superstar 2G

Sorry i have no introduced myself. English is not my language and was only here looking for my fav basketball shoes of all time. I am willing to pay someone to find these shoes for me. What's it gonna take? besides getting someone to make a custom pair for me?
I thought in asking people who are sneaker heads. People with a passion for shoes. Am i asking in the wrong place?
I am looking for a pair of shoes very similar to adidas 2g ultra. From a distance they look the same. They don't have rubber toes. They don't have rubber toes. The toes are close to these pair of shoes. Leather and air holes.
2nd thing that is different. Is the quality of shoe and they are about $40 more then 2g ultra back in the day. I bought few each of these shoes. The shoes are built for basketball / cross training. They are alot more comfortable and supportive. I have had pairs of both shoes. 2g were nice and all but they didn't offer the same cushion or support playing sports.
Here is picture of 2g ultra. Now think of these with leather toes and little subtle changes to it.

Really have no idea about any shoes like those. I don't think any of us has ever owned a pair... but I could be wrong. Sorry we couldn't help.

It's a bit like asking a Ferrari collector to help you find a rare but fucking ugly Alfa Romeo.
They both like cars but have no interest in each others. Probably.
