What are you, the experts, opinion of spray protection for suede trainers? It came up earlier on and as I have been spraying, am I making a mistake?
I spray sparingly and slowly build up a protective layer, started out on my least favourite pairs, your thoughts??

Haha, Tom sent me a can with a few pairs I managed to wrangle off his own collection Smile cool, I.didn't think anything Tom (Adidas Jedi Master) would ship would be anything but kick kosher! Smile

I use Collinil - some protector from Germany - been using it for a while and usually spray it on when the kicks are new, then maybe a second coat a few hrs later then leave it alone...

I used to use protectant but I stopped because I didn't like that way it changed the color/texture of the suede.

I have started giving all suedes two very light sprays of wolys and find its ok, so far......
I still act like an idiot when confronted with any of the following; wet grass, long grass, puddles, mud, mossy areas, muddy gravel, dust, Dog hair, etc etc. :*)
