Innersole padding thingies -
Squeaky - 30-11-09
Some of my shoes have this blue padding/support thing underneath the innersole (for support of the inside of the foot). Others have this as well but only a white thin thingie. I was wondering if these things can be sold seperately and what are they called? I really need the extra support on the inside of my feet (because of backproblems), especially in my vins because are they really flat.
I hope somebody can help me out.
O yeah, the next thing is, if I finds these things, how the hell am I gonna get the innersoles out? Some of them are glued inside the shoe.
Cheers
Robert

They're called insoles and if they're glued down so tough you do the same thing still, just rip 'em out.
You can find insoles at a number of stores such as pharmacies, sport stores, shoe stores and maybe some supermarkets.

there some insoles that are provided by doctors and you just put that above the adidas ones so there is no need to rip them out, they are moulded to the shape of your feet for extra comfort and there not that expensive actually. My friend has them due to his feet hurting when he walks long distances. hope i helped.

Superstar, I know what you mean. I used to have those special soles. I still have them but when I put them in my shoe, my shoes don't fit. I'm just looking for these small simple pads. I don't think an insole is what I'm after.
It's the blue things I'm after:
The innersole is shaped for them too so I don't know if the things can be used with the standard insoles Adidas provides.

Them little blue things are instep supports...mostly used for people with flat feet or a low instep
Think footlocker as them

Thanks for your help guys but those gel support are a bit expensive to buy for every shoe
I need the cheap ass foam thingies which Adidas uses themselves. Do you think Footlocker has those Pokey?

I might have a look tomorrow. I hate my local Footlocker-store though. It's too small and they mostly sell N*kes.

If you can't find them in your local footlocker, I'll have a look at my one and see if they have them, if they do I'll buy them and post them to you.

You can get intep supports in all good shoe shops particuarly ya granny style shoe shops. You can take them in and out of ya supes as you to wear them when you like. Try scholl on line they prob have that kind of thing.

You could always take the expensive route and go to a podiatrist and get some orthotics custom made.
When your 88 and still able to walk, your knees and your feet with thank you for it.
fc with a suggestion

If you want the cheap ass thingies, just go to your local footlocker and rip em out of the supes they sell. It may cause you some problems, but it's the cheapest way I can imagine
