To continue from the "postie done brung me.." thread regarding possible fakes. I received this email from the ebay seller buinick today:
"Sorry to hear that you don't love the shoes. I would like to explain to you as below:
1. The shoes are 100% authentic and not B grade. There is not fake version of these shoes on the market so far as I know. And here the Adidas don't sell B grade stock in our country. Half of our Adidas stock including apparels don't have the country of origin shown on the package or inside the tag. If you are doubt about the authenticity, I can give you the contact of the Adidas Brand Protection Manager at Adidas group who we used to deal with. He will help you to verify the authenticity of the shoes.
2. Regarding the quality, I have checked by myself before shipped out. I didn't found any defects on the shoes. We have sold over 10 pairs of these shoes on eBay and you are the only customer complains about the quality.
3. I don't remember if the box was damaged before shipment. But I can offer a little bit discount to you if you insist the box is meant to you much.
4. If you really don't like the shoes, we accept returns but we will only refund the item price to you.
Please let me know then I will show you the process.
Best Regards,
Ben"
Whatcha think about his response?
Not happy with the idea of paying for shipping both ways.

Seems like a pretty reasonable response to me, especially when compared wth some of the hissy fits we've seen from sellers...
Is it just that there's no "made in ..." on the label?

The fact there is no "Made in" and the edges of the right eyestays aren't sewed properly. I guess it's "normal" for this model. Anyone else have these with the same issue?
