Quick Bit of Help - Adicolor Jackets - reid - 04-03-09

Hey, just needed a quick favor from the guys here who own adicolor track tops.

Got my eye on one on the bay but think it might be a snide - just wondering if you guys could post a quick pic of the big label inside the jacket so that you can see the quality of the stitching all around. I've only got the G6 jacket and not sure what the quality variables were so can't compare directly one-for-one.

Also, if anyone knows any other way of telling if the jackets are fakes or not, let me know. I know the deal with the box labels but that's it.

Someone told me a way of knowing if there fake or not something to do with the inside wash tag how something was spelt different on the fakes to the real 1s!!sorry forgotten exactly and deleted the PM might of been ssdb member bhara ??

Thanks pokey - stitching is all rounded at the corners and so looks like the one I've been looking at is fake (stitching is at an angle on the bottom two corners). Gonna have to spend an extra £20 but at least it's gonna be the real thing for sure.

Also - nice to know my G6 is legit too

No worries i did wonder about my G6 as the quality is not as good as the other adicolor jackets but apparently thats cause it was a footlocker exclusive

A W6 in medium on the bay that looks well dodgy Razz

Seriously, I'm after a Bk5 - can't find them anywhere except the bay and nearly every seller has them in M, L & XL so I've been pretty warey of them. Would like some of the others that were in the adicolor release but they're near-impossible to find and I need a new jacket pretty soon. Maybe pick them up when I've got a bit more cash coming in.

On my G6 part of the stitching strays off to the side at bit where the stitching overlaps at the start and end and the fact I got it for £20 have just nagged at me a bit. Having been fooled by fake g6 trainers for months probably didn't help either Very Happy
