The pokster needs some help
Firstly i've just noticed i won't be around for an item i want to bid on tomorrow nite as i'm crammin in some overtime @ work.I've looked on ebay for the link to set up mobile fone text bidding but can't seem to find it.If any1 can point me in the right direction id appreciate it otherwise it'll b a case of biddin 3hrs before the item finishes which is bound to cost me
2ndly i post alot of pics of various things on the forum and am normally pretty near my max on my download limit!!I think alot of you use photobucket or something like that??does it effect your download limit the same or can you basically have it host your pics as much as you want without having to go back and delete some before adding new 1s??
All help is muchly appreciated thanks pokey

I know fuck all bout ebay!!!
The photobucket thing is great, just copy IMG from photobucket album to the image thing above and it drops straight in!!! Stays there til you erase it and doesnt add or detract from your max on here! Its sweet!
Peace

Download an ebay auction sniper tool!
Set your bid up to a few days in advance, & with how many seconds before the auction finishes!

yeah, photobucket is so easy even i managed it. free and easy to use. well, a bit slow to upload, but whatever. i start uploading and then open another tab and continue my surfing.
going to have to look into that ebay snipe tool as there's a pair i particularly want coming due tomorrow and i don't want to rely on manual sniping.

Yeah ebay sniper tool!
Once it's installed, when you check a listing, there should be a "snipe it" logo & instruction next to the "Get Alerts", Email a friend" part of the main information box.

i thought bid assistant was a sniping tool, but i've just done some reading and it's not. i'm going to need one. action is already heating up on the pair i want and there's still 30 hours left

Certainly is! It's a great idea, as you can always guarantee, when I want to bid last minute, my internet will slow down as I try to refresh the page, so it avoids that problem, plus it comes in handy for american auctions that finish in the early hours!

How about wap.ebay.co.uk?
You can view your watched items and bid easily - provided you don't lose signal!

Lets put it this way, the last 5 things I've won on the bay have been done through it!
